Morris Management, Inc. is a professional management company that has been providing outstanding local management services to community associations throughout Washington State for over 20 years.
Morris Management - Our Story
After two decades of working with builders and developers to create new residential communities, President Bruce Clary had an in-depth understanding of the challenges involved in starting a community association from scratch, and he saw that many existing communities also needed professional management services. Morris Management, Inc. was founded to provide a solution for these communities.
Bruce has instituted a strong moral code within the company that fosters excellence, teamwork, and communication; this philosophy allows us to recruit talented people who share our vision.
In over 20 years of serving communities in the Puget Sound area, Morris Management has achieved significant growth and recognition. But we're not going to take any of our success for granted; rather, we strive every day to win the trust and confidence of our clients.
We are strongly committed to the ongoing education of our team so that we can continually grow and evolve to better serve our customers.

Meet Our Team
Professional Washington Management by Local Experts
Morris Management's professional community association management team is unique in its ability to succeed because our accredited and experienced management team tailors our management strategy to each client's individual needs.
When Bruce Clary decided there was a better way to provide quality association management, he did more than build a company. He put together an unbeatable team of management professionals.
Drawing on almost 20 years of success as a team builder for construction and development companies, he has recruited dedicated specialists who share his vision and entrepreneurial spirit. Their talent and experience, coupled with Bruce’s extensive background in both construction and real estate, allow Morris Management’s clients access to a broad spectrum of expertise unlike that of other management companies.
We are proud to deliver exceptional customer service, proactive management, and a high degree of expertise in community association management.
Morris Leadership
Principal
“It’s all about building your team.”
Described by his staff as calm, compassionate, and undaunted by challenges, Bruce is extremely focused on maintaining the highest level of customer service. It’s not surprising that his past achievements include a rapid rise to Vice President of Construction for a national homebuilder and achieving 98% customer satisfaction for yet another previous development employer.
As the principal of Morris Management, Bruce is responsible for both customer and employee satisfaction. He achieves this through an open-door policy not only with coworkers, but with all Morris Management client board members as well. By encouraging communication, Bruce is able to preclude potential problems and solve issues with dignified diplomacy.
Not one to be satisfied with the status quo, Bruce is strongly committed to the ongoing education of his staff and himself. In addition to holding a Washington Real Estate Brokers license, he holds the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Furthermore, Bruce has attained the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation and the prestigious Professional Community Associations Manager (PCAM) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI).
When asked where to find Bruce when he’s not at work, he responds, “At work.” But rumor has it he’s been seen fishing on local waters then tempting neighbors with the mouth-watering scents of his catch on his backyard barbecue. Bruce does his best to enjoy the sites and experiences of the Northwest, dining out, and barbecuing when the weather allows, and can even be found attending the occasional Mariners game. That is if he ever pulls himself away from his favorite pastime – helping the Morris Management team outperform any competition.
Office Manager
“At Morris, we genuinely care about our clients, and we approach them with a great deal of humanness.”
Morris Management’s Office Manager, Emily Jonas, is the glue that keeps everyone together. With more than 15 years of property management experience, she knows her way around interpersonal relationships, and she brings that knowledge and capability not only to Morris’ many community associations but to her internal teams as well.
Inspired by the thought of being challenged every day, Emily pursued a vibrant career in property management and calls her time in the industry, “exciting, educational, and invigorating.”
She says that “Being in property management for 15 + years has given me the ability to see problems and reverse engineer them,” and approaches all problems with gentleness and consideration for others.
For her Morris team, that means embracing their ideas, their uniqueness, and their strengths. She looks at where one employee might be less knowledgeable and pairs them with an employee that has mastered that skill set.
For her clients, she focuses on resolving administrative issues through practical management of problems, and simple resolutions.
Her experience has given her the wisdom to handle just about anything the industry can throw her way while remembering to leave the work AT work. “You can’t take another’s problems home with you at the end of the day.”
When she’s stepped out of work mode and returned home, she’s got plenty of hobbies to occupy her time. Outdoor activities of all varieties are up her alley, but if you can’t find her in the great outdoors, she’s likely inside curled up with a good book, or advocating for animal rights and environmental protection.
Accounting Director
“Morris Management is a mix of old-world charm and new innovative ideas.”
Poonam Mehta, Morris Management’s Accounting Director, loves challenges and fast-paced work and is passionate about all undertakings.
After her master’s in English Literature, she decided to get her degree in accounting and pursued her career in accounting. With over 15 years of experience in property management accounting, she brings in a high degree of structure, rigor, and accountability to her department.
“I am a detail-oriented person, and number crunching comes naturally to me.”
For Poonam, the most satisfying part of working at Morris Management is listening to the orchestra of endless incoming calls and chatter of her colleagues as they work together to solve problems.
“I consider myself privileged to work with fun and dedicated professionals who know this industry and the responsibilities that come along with it.”
Working for Morris Management, Poonam is grateful for the sense of comradery that everyone on the team has helped cultivate, working to generate the best experience for Morris’ associations and homeowners. She firmly believes that the integrity and culture of Morris Management are greatly needed in today’s cutthroat world.
As a resident of Puget Sound for 32 years, Poonam is passionately dedicated to the area. Its four seasons, its mountains, its lakes, and most of all, the people who live here, are what drive her to succeed. She is also an avid supporter of the Humane Society and working to resolve world hunger.
She loves reading science fiction and spy thrillers, and yes, prefers paper copies to electronic versions and is not ashamed to admit it. “Reading, for me, takes on a whole new meaning when I have that rustle of paper under my fingers.”
Managing Director
“Morris will “do the right thing” by the customer.”
For Tim Hollingshead, Managing Director, it truly is a “Dad’s Life.” He shuffles to and from soccer and swim lessons and obsesses about his lawn. He gets the perspective of the average homeowner, because he is one.
More so, he holds a BA in Sociology and Political Science, so he understands neighborhood politics. Tim is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), a designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB), and an Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI)".
With over 20 years working in customer service, Tim appreciates the Morris approach. As he puts it, “They will do the right thing.” Given Tim’s background in both banking and real estate, he sees the big picture. Add that experience to his own finely tuned sense of honor and empathy, and you can trust Tim to do whatever he can to find the best outcome.
This is evident when Tim considers his contribution to the Morris Team; he reflects, ”I am able to look at my own qualities in an objective way, acknowledge mistakes and take the steps necessary to improve.”
It’s clear that Tim is always working to be better, no matter the outcome. But don’t think he lets setbacks get him down. Rather, he is described as stable and optimistic by co-workers. “When the going gets tough, Tim does not bail out,” remarks Bruce Clary, company principal. “He stays the course, confident that worthwhile objectives are long term and aware there will be setbacks along the way to almost any important and significant goal.”
Nor does Tim shy away from difficulties. He recognizes that taking care of customers does not necessarily mean telling them what they want to hear; sometimes it means telling them what they need to know.
Such qualities are also what’s necessary of a parent – a dad. A dad who loves movies, but doesn’t watch many because he puts the needs of his son first. A dad who, because of his own compassion, takes pride in seeing the compassion in his son. A dad who makes sure there is a soft green lawn on which his boy can play.
Community Association Manager
“If you are tired of broken promises, voice mails, lack of follow-up, and telephone calls not being returned from your present management company, look no further than Morris Management.”
Some people choose to wait to travel after their professional life winds down. Luiza Limona did just the opposite. After extensive travels — even living in Greece for a period — Luiza dove head deep into her chosen career as an Association Manager at Morris Management. She’s now been with the company for over a decade. Sure she still travels from time to time, but now her true interest is with the variety of organizations she manages.
Given she’s in charge of mixed-use condominiums, PUDs and single family homes, there is always variety to her days. “Morris keeps me motivated, gives me the opportunity to grow professionally in the industry I know and love. It’s my family.”
Noting how fortunate she is to have traveled around the world, Luiza credits that background with helping her in her current position. Experienced with a variety of cultures and opinions, she possesses the ability to listen equally to board members and residents.
Luiza also believes in being informed. She has earned a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) along with the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI).
She keeps current through her memberships in Community Associations Institute and the Washington Environmental Industry Association (WEIA). Yet, she sees it as a group effort; “I believe that the collective expertise, dedication, depth of resources, and painstaking attention to detail sets Morris Management apart from every other association management company.”
At home Luiza is usually with her husband, “my rock!” and her, “two adorable spoiled Pomeranians.” She seems to have no end to how she uses her free time — interior design, fashion design, gardening, sailing, arts, construction/remodeling, cooking, several charitable organizations, church and, whenever possible, shopping, “oh yeah…lots of shopping!!” As if being fluent in three languages wasn’t enough, she has plans to learn more. Just like at work, she is always wanting to do more and is clearly passionate about life.
Senior Community Association Manager
“Morris Management and I share a philosophy: clients deserve our best in everything we do.”
With more than 10 years of previous property and association management experience gained in Las Vegas, Kwasi Okyere brings solid expertise and a unique perspective to Morris Management. Working in the then fastest-growing and most competitive real estate market in the US taught Kwasi that exceptional service trumped all else when interacting with clients.
This client-first approach to the profession and high praise from homeowners led Morris Management to hire Kwasi in March 2006. Especially impressive was the demonstrated passion Kwasi has for his communities and his proven dependability, commitment to hard work, easy-going sense of humor, and sincerity. It’s no wonder that when Morris opened their DuPont office, they looked to Kwasi to lead that team as the South Sound Division Manager.
Using his education to help clients is a key to Kwasi’s success. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sociology and a Certificate in Community Association Management. Additionally, he has earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Plus, Kwasi has earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the prestigious Professional Community Associations Manager (PCAM) designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Bruce Clary, company principal says, “Kwasi’s advanced degree in sociology and experience helps us and our clients better understand how groups of people interact and relate, so we can build the foundation for even stronger communities.”
Kwasi jumps headfirst into the active Northwest lifestyle. He enjoys outdoor activities such as biking and horseback riding, and rainy-day pastimes such as watching movies, cooking, reading, and volunteering as a board member for his own homeowners association. Soon he hopes to learn to scuba dive!
